Of the higher self’s responses, pick one truth and design a mantra. A mantra is a phrase you can repeat over and over to find peace and bring the truth to life.
Write out your mantra and place it somewhere you will see it daily.
Wear a physical reminder that represents your mantra every day this week.
Practice a mantra meditation daily for at least 5 minutes. Watch the video below to learn how to do a mantra meditation.
