Knowing and living into your values are the keys to living a life of Alignment. They are also key traits of your Higher Self. Like an internal compass, your personal values point the way to living a life of fulfillment. Complete the following in your journal to identify your top values.
Think of a time when you were extremely happy, what were you doing?
Why were you happy?
What other factors contributed to your happiness?
Think of a time when you were proud, what were you doing?
Why were you proud?
What other factors contributed to your pride?
Think of a time when you were extremely fulfilled, what were you doing?
What other factors contributed to your fulfillment?
Why were you fulfilled?

How can you live into this value today?
